Kids' Marathon and Fun Run Start Time:
  Sunday, January 10, 2021 - 2:00 PM
  Northwest corner of Bienville Square

 Course Time Limit: The course will remain open for 7 hours.
  Participants will need to average 16 minutes per mile or better.

Pacers: Courtesy of the Marathon Maniacs:
  Pace runners will be available for the following:
  Marathon Course finish time: 3:15, 3:30, 3:45, 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, 5:00, 5:30
  Half Marathon Course finish time: 1:40, 1:50, 2:00, 2:15, 2:30, 2:45, 3:00
      *******   How will I find my Mobile Marathon Pacer race morning? ******
Pacers will line up at the start of the corral and will be in place 10 min before the start of the race.  They will be carrying signs marked with their corresponding pace and these signs will be held high by members of the pace groups and will be staggered in starting order according to pace (faster times closest to the start line). They will be wearing special pace team shirts to help identify them. During the race, pacers may share the duty of carrying the Mobile Marathon Pacing Pace Team sign.

Chip Timing: This is a chip-timed race. However, according to USATF rules, official results are based solely on Gun Time.

Clothes Drop, Sunday, Pre-Race:   A clothes drop van will be located near the start line.
  Runners will be allowed to place articles of clothing in plastic bags (to be provided).

  Pickup / Lost and Found will be near the end of finish line chute. 
  Runners are responsible for any personal items or articles of clothing left on the course.  

Mobile Marathon is a Boston Marathon Qualifier:
All Marathon results will be automatically forwarded to the Boston Athletic Association after the official results are tallied.

First Aid:
Aid stations will be located at miles 5, 10, 15, 20, the finish line and personnel trained in first aid at each water stop.
